My son 2yrs 7month old,since 3 days onwards continous fever (102 to 104)

first we cosult my family doctor,he suggested calpal and tomox o,but temp un controled

yesterday visit he suggested Meptha-P,after its given with in 15 mins fever came to control,after one hour he comes for high fever(102 to 104)

we phoned to my family doctor,but he is telling its viral fever it will effect like this for four days..

can u suggest me its good to give calpal or mepthal??
