Can I Control My BP With Lifestyle Changes?

I had a BP problem most of the time it remains in 140/90 range some time go upt 160/100..Doctor started Olemezest 40 once a nught daily..what could be the side effect..and can I control my BP with lifestyle changes..so that I will not use drug due to its side effects..

hi dear. control of bp is very important .. its to keep your heart safe. yes you can control your bp life style changes..
complete salt restriction
reduce your weight if you are obese
eat healthy ,lots of fruits and fibre deit
keep a regular check o your cholestrol
and most important regular cardio workout everyday
monitor your bp regularly
practice yoga or meditation.
