Can I Breast Feed After Having Abortion Pill?

hi, im fully breastfeed. my baby now 8month.the doctor ask me to stop breastfeed for 24hours after the abortion pill(looks like a star) but i cant stand it any longer.she crying all the night.and she dont want to drink anything than my breastmilk. can i breastfeed her early than 24hours? do i need to infact this milk 1st or no..
