Can Hypothyroidism Induced Weight Gain Be Reduced Through Dr.Slim Tea?

I have hypothyroid problem and gaining lot of weight. Tried lot to reduce but can t control eating. Heard about Dr.slim tea ayurvedic which guarantees weight loss of 4kgs a month. Just want to know is it safe to intake this and is it have any side effects on my thyroid or on my body. Should I purchase. My weight is 83. Pl help

1. Hypothyroidism causes overall metabolism reduction resulting in weight gain due to fat accumulation.
2. It is similar to any other weight gain and weight reduction would also be similar.
3. However, importantly, weight reduction is not possible until hypothyroidism is brought under control. Thyroxine medications needs to be started and slowly increased. Once, the thyroid hormone profile comes to normal range, then any method, including Dr. Slim tea can be used.
4. Hypothyroidism, if not under control, weight reduction is almost impossible and is dangerous to heart and reduced mental functioning capacity.
