Can hypothyroidism cause erectile dysfunction in a teenager ?

I am a male 16 with Hypothyroidism I am 5 10 and about 175 pounds. I never really cared until now because I will turn 17 in a couple of months, but I am about and inch soft and not even 3 hard and I and I do not have much thickness. Is there something wrong with me?

take physical exercises and healthy diets
