Can Hypothyroid Symptoms And Fibromyalgia Be Related?

I have had hypothyroid symptoms for about 3 years now. My TSH T3 and T4 blood tests are normal. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I been complaining of being hoarse for no reason and a filling of fullness in my throat. I had a ultra sound done which revealed a hypoechoic nodule in the upper right lobe, approx 6 mm. I'm scared and don't feel like my doctor is listening to me. Waiting on a call from specialist, it's been two weeks today and still have not had anything.

My answeaard is :Yes     
Symptoms can be similar to those of fibromyalgia, and range from depression to widespread muscle pain and stiffness, and problems sleeping.The thyroid hormones affect serotonin levels in our brain, which is also one of the chemicals in the brain affected by FM

Iam telling you that Hypothyroid is one of the 10 Roots causes of fibromyalgia.

Are you treatment for hypothyroid??
Have you had the thyroid test?
You have a nodul 6mm.
•     My advised is :That you must repeared the US(ultrasound) after 6month .
Acoording US-guided FNA (US-FNA) is recommended for nodules > or = 10 mm;
US-FNA is suggested for nodules
•     TG
•     Thyroperoxidas
•     Calcitonine


So please chekc thyroid function and counsoult with your endocrinology Your neurology for Fybromyalgia if your symptoms are more often than before.
