Can H.pylori Infection Cause Itchy Skin With Diarrhea?

Hi i have an itchy anas the last couple of weeks now i also have a very swollen stomach with diarhea also have been experiencing itchy skin all over and little energy with sharp pain in head and thighs iv had helibactor pylori could this be the cause waiting on breath test

Usually H.pylori infections more commonly related with peptic ulcers, your symptoms of head ache and body pain is not associated with H.pylori infection. Most likely you must be having some other infection causing diarrhoea.
