Can Hot Weather And Polluted Air Cause Lightheadedness In An Elderly?

I feel faint when I am kneeling and then standup. Seldom but sometimes when I m standing as well. I never have passed out and it goes away fairly quickly. We have had hot weather under smoky conditions where I live. I had a stress test and was advised that it s not coronary. I m also more tired than usual. I m 67 & male. In good shape.

Firstly it could only be something called as Postural Hypotension which is BP drops when you move from sitting to standing or lying down to standing due to flow of blood to your lower extremities.
Or if you are on any anti hypertensives your dose may need to be reduced
