Can Hot Flashes, Lower Back Pain, Sore And Itchy Breast Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am 24, 5'2, 180 lbs, and have had a c-section about 10 months ago. No other medical history. I have been having a lot of hot flashes, lower back pain, cramping much more than usual, sore breasts, and unusually perky nipples, itchy breasts and I was wondering if these were signs of pregnancy, not to mention there are now little bumps on my areola, which say can be for breastfeeding but never noticed it with my first child because I didnt breastfeed.

Hi,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

First thing you need to notice is whether you miss your period or not. If you miss your period along with the symptoms you have mentioned then yes pregnancy is a possible option. I suggest you to have a pregnancy test done with early morning urine 1week after you miss your period to rule out pregnancy.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
