Can Hormonal Imbalances Affect Child Birth?

Respected sir

I met a girl recently for alliance and we have approved the alliance 2 days back. I liked her for everything except that she has a lot of acne/pimples on her face. I asked her what was the cause of so much acne on her face. She replied - i have tried a lot of home remedies and seen a dermatologist , but i am fed up and left it as it is . she says - that the acne is due to the hormonal problem. Having read on the net i understand that such hormonal imbalances can cause lot of problem with respect to sex life and children due to excess estrogen/testosterone , menstrual problem, growth of excess hair and many many other problems. I exactly do not know what sort of Hormonal problem she has got. I asked her about this acne in our final meeting after she said that her answer was yes. are acne due to hormonal imbalance curable? although she is quite decent looking the acne spoils her face, other ways in character , look (without the acne) is decent. She is a nice person on the whole . My only concern is

1.will the acne fade off despite the hormonal imbalance? WHAT POSSIBLE TREATMENTS COULD BE DONE?

2. Will this affect sex life and possibility of having children?

3. Is it required to deny the relationship because of acne if it is expected to cause adverse effects?

please reply asap.

Thanks and regards

DEAR USER,
THANKS FOR CONSULTING WITH HCM

I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN..

U NEED TO KNOW THAT ACNE IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN TEENAGERS AND YOUNG ADULTS
AS MUCH AS PATIENTS I HAVE SEEN THEY NEVER INTERFERE WITH YOUR SEX LIFE OR PARENTHOOD

THEY ALSO DECREASE WITH TREATMENT AND WITH TIME..
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PATNER ACNE IS NOT THE REASON FOR DENIAL

AND IF SHE IS SUFFERING FROM ANY HORMONAL PROBLEM IT CAN BE CORRECTED WITH TREATMENT

I SUGGEST YOU THE FOLLOWING

1) TALK TO YOUR PATNER ABOUT THE MEDICAL CONCERNS OR ISSUES YOU HAVE IN YOUR MIND

2) YOU CAN CONSULT WITH A DERMATOLOGIST HE MIGHT START HER ON TREATMENT DEPENDING ON GRADE OF ACNE AND TYPE OF ACNE

3) TREATMENT RANGES FROM CREAMS TO TABLET LIKE ISOTRETINON, ERYTHROMYCIN, CLINDAMYCIN ETC

4) FOR ANY HORMONAL ISSUES YOU NEED TO GET HER GYNECOLOGICAL CHECK UP DONE

5) WASHING FACE 2-3 TIMES A DAY WITH WARM WATER WILL HELP.

6) HOME BASED THERAPIES LIKE MULTANI CREMAS, ALOVERA, ARE ALSO BENIFICIAL

HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUERY. YOU CAN MESSAGE ME FOR ANY FURTHER CONCERNS
