i am a male of 38 years
I had several headaches the past few weeks after 2 weeks of several painkillers a colleague asked that i monitor my blood pressure. The past 4 days i have been monitoring my blood pressure the least i have had is 161/102

Hi, yes , high and low BP can cause headache .
161/102 indicates high BP .
You should consult the physician to investigate the cause of hypertension at the of 38 yrs.
I advise you to do USG abdomen and renal function tests to find out the cause for it.
