Can Hernia Surgery Causes Large Ejaculation?

Hi i had an upper hernia surgery 8 days ago through my navel My question is would it be ok to experiance an ejjaulation so soon after this type of suregry could this cause damage to the stomach area since the mesh was put in to protect this area . I tend to have a large ejaculation when i do orgasim.

Thanks for query .
You have undergone probably hernia repair with mesh for Umbilical hernia or Epigastric hernia.

You seem to have forceful ejaculation which may be due to abstinence for prolonged period .

During ejaculation only the muscles in pelvic floor are involved and there is no involvement of muscles of the anterior abdominal wall so there is no danger at the site of surgery .
