I was wondering if the two are related. I have done the proper testing tow weeks ago everything came out normal

Hi
I read you query and understand your concern
Unfortunately I don't think your palpitations are related to your minimal high blood sugar
Anyway if you are experiencing heartbeat till 120 I don't think you have reason to worry too much as heartbeat can go higher during physical stress
In my opinion you can schedule an ECG and if there aren't seen any arrhythmic changes you are fine
Hope my answer has helped you
Stay healthy
