Can Having Nausea, Head Ache, Stomach Pain And Back Pain Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy ?
i have backpains on my right middleside and i feel nausea and have headaches and some kind of stomach pains what kind of symptoms can this be? can i be pregnant or what?

hi,thanks for query.First of all it is important to know,whether you have missed period or not ? if you have not missed period diagnosis of pregnancy cannot be done.The symptoms are vague and can be due to some infection also.Please talk to your doctor.

if you are scared for pregnancy better will be to check urine for preg test if yoy have missed a normal period and get a check up with gynaecologist
