In diabetes gynaecomastia can occur. If your diabetes is not under control. So 1st strict control of diabetes is needed. Many drugs can also cause this. Spironolactone is one of the drug. So avoid drugs causing gynaecomastia. And sometimes hormonal imbalances can cause this. For this you should consult endocrinologist.
