Can Genital Rubbing Lead To Pregnancy?

We had genital rubbing by my boyfriend last Dec 08 2015.. And no sexual intercourse happen..my menstruation is delay since I am expecting my menstrual period on Jan.07 2016... 37 cycle date... And now I have pain in my lower abdomen on the left side and pain on my breast..does this indicate pregnancy?

Yes, Genital rubbing can lead to pregnancy. However chances are less. The tip of penis often contains sperms after ejaculation which may reach vaginal opening during rubbing. There may be sperms left from previous ejaculation too.
As per your symptoms such as breast pain or pain in lower abdomen. They could be related to some gastro intestinal problem such as indigestion, urinary tract infection or excessive stress related to getting pregnant as well.

As your period is delayed, You are advised to do a pregnancy test to rule-out pregnancy possibility.
