hi bilal..blood pressure is known to track in families. if any of your family members have hypertension then there is a chance of you developing hypertension. and for the variable readings which u say, first thing we have to consider is stress. if bp is checked during stress (even visiting a doctor sometimes adds to stress) then it can be on higher side, so get your bp checked at a convenient place and relaxed state.
apart from that do you get any episodes of severe headache, sweating, or diarrhoea in between lasting for a few minutes, when your blood pressure goes up..?
its beter you consult a doctor regarding this who will examine and can perform required investigations..
