Can Gastric Flu Lead To Delayed Periods?

i have unprotected sex with my BF but the sperm always shoot outside. I have missed my period for about 2 weeks. After my period due for a week , I took pregnancy test but its negative. Past 3 weeks, i have gastric flu but now recovered. Could it be my gastric flu that cause the delayed period.

Fever can sometimes effect your period. If repeat pregnancy test is negative then you are not pregnant.
You can wait for spontaneous period.
