Can Frequent Coughing And Throat Congestion Be Side Effect Of Below Medicines?

My meds are as follows:
Plavix (Clopidogrel)     75 MG
Protonix (Pantoprazole-Generic)     40 mg
Fenofibrate Capsules 134 Mg
Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg
Is there any indication that either of these will cause frequent coughing or chronic throat congestion as phlegm gathering on the vocal cords?

Hello. From the drugs that you refer, only metoprolol can cause coughing secondary to bronchial spasm, but is not a common side effect .If you have cough, phlegm and throat congestion the most likely diagnosis is infectious pharyngitis.
Go to your doctor for evaluation and treatment.I wish you good health.
