Can Fever,pus From Urine And Foam From Mouth Symptoms For Urine Infection?

child of 3 years had high fever for about four days and had some tests done. it seemed to be a urine infection as pus was found in urine. But he had foam coming out of his mouth while sleeping after doctor coming from doctor. What may be the cause of this and is it something to be very concerned.

Foam coming out of mouth and urinar infection r two different unrelated events. Fever may be associated with either of these.
Foaming may be due to seizure disorder. Rule out febrile seizure disorder. Consult neurologist for this.
May I know the gender of child.
Pus cells in urine in a child is more common in females...usually associated with constipation. Correct constipation. Get Ultrasound KUB, urine culture. correct infection with antibiotics. If ultrasound shows renal scarring, rule out reflux disease.
If it is a male child, rule out Post urethral valve.
