Can Fever And Chills In A Child Be Treated With Tylenol And Ibuprofen?

Hi my daughter is 4 years old.she had fever with chills in the night .it was for two days. We gave Tylenol & ibuprofen every 4 hrs.now today I see her left cheek is swollen a little bit. She is eating not well but not bad too what do i do for her swelling?

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.There are many causes for fever with chills like malaria,typhoid,UTI etc.so its need to be rule out the exact cause for that.better you consult a pediatrician for diagnosis & treatment.
