Can Eyelid Twitching Be Treated?

Hello, my name Rudy, im 20 years old, my right bottom eye lid wont stop stop twitching, its been about 5 months ? Its driving me crazy ! What can i do ? I do have a history of bells palsy on the right side of my as well, but i dont anymore, although i believe thats not the reason. I do wear glasses and have diagnosed with stigmatism since i was 15 and my last eye doctor visit which was about 2 months ago told me the reason my eye twitches its due to the fact of my stigmatism, because my vision needed more prescrition to my glasses, but this problem still continues , and also where i purchases my new glasses, the lady told me it could also be stress, please, what can i do to make this stop ?
