Can Exposure To Chemical Cleaning Products Cause Vertigo And Loss Of Equilibrium?

My father was using chemical products today to clean floors, bathrooms, showers and spent hours doing so. Later on in the day he felt a sense of vertigo and stated his equilibrium was off. This has never happened to him before. Are the chemical cleaning products the probable cause? And is he in any immediate danger from these signs. He's had this feeling for over 4 hours now.

Hello
Welcome to Healthcare Magic

your father spent too much time with cleaning. It might be due to some age factors also. It might be due to harmful effects of chemical on central nervous system. It may be due to hypoxia (low oxygen) of brain cells.

Please be quiet. Take him to the room where fresh air is available. Lay him down on couch with head down and legs up. Give him plenty of fluids. If conditions is not improving, immediately consult your clinician.
