Can excess sweating be a symptom of having thyroid ?

ok I have Thyroid disease and parathyroid problems I have noticed that in the last 5 years I have started this sweating thing, any time I do any physical movements like at work or at home working I start this profuse sweating, my level was just checked and my thyroid meds were adjusted, people say it menopause but my california hormone test came back normal and that I m post menopausol, so cant explain the sweating thing, I work in a nursing home and I m soaked with sweat after about an hour of work, could it be my heart? or anxiety? I m embarssed and worried about this. Diane
