MRI report shows B/I ethimoiditis and maxillary sinusitis is evident with polypoidal growth left maxillary sinus, widening ipsilateral maxillary ostium and extending into nasalcavity.Can it be reason of a person tendency to fell down and weakness of left leg....

Hello,
Both of the disease does not seems to correlate.
Sinusitis if severe and causing nasal blockage and if for a long time could cause tiredness or rarely faintness.
But leg weakness is not related to sinus problem.
