Can Endometriosis And Removal Of Ovarian Cyst Cause Dizziness, Weakness And Headaches?

Hi I have endometriosis and have had surgery to remove a ovarian cyst, after which they discovered borderline clear cell changes within the removed cyst so as a precaution removed left ovary and all tests from ovary and surrounding areas were ok. I now have ultrasound and CA 125 blood test every 3 months for last 2 years. I am 34 and have no children. This year I have had 2 miscarriages. On my most recent checkup last week the scan revealed a 6cm ovarian cyst. My CA125 level is 9. My dr has sent me form more blood tests (including enzymes, liver function, and others). I have been having headaches and a dizzy feeling along with weak feeling in my arms and legs for the last week. Do u think these symptoms could be something to worry about re the cyst? Also what other things will my dr be testing me for? Thank

Dear madam

Removal of endometrial and ovarian cysts will not cause headache and weakness unless it might be a complication of operative procedure like bleeding.
Heavy bleeding might cause variation in the blood pressure which cause headaches with generalised weakness.
Secondly loss of vitamin needs to be supplemented.

Thanks
