Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, your symptoms don t seem to be related to the cholesterol levels. Have you measured your blood pressure during these episodes? A high blood pressure or a coagulation disorder could cause severe and frequent nosebleeds. I advise you to closely monitor your blood pressure frequently during the day. I would also recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a routine blood test, kidney and liver function tests, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolyte and coagulation tests to establish a possible cause.
