Can Eating Plain Popcorn While On A Diet Cause Diarrhea And Abdominal Pains ?
I m currently on a diet . After a few weeks of being successful in healthy eating, I ate a huge bowl of plain popcorn really quickly. After that, I had diarrhea with strong abdominal pains. I want to know what that did to my body,and if the nutrients and calories got absorbed into my body or not. What did it do to my metabolism?

As you were on a healthy diet for long time.your body has adjusted with that. so when you suddenly had popcorn without chewing it properly it has led to indigestion causing diarrhea ans abdominal plains.So nothing to worry.
