Can Drug And Alcohol Damage My Transplanted Kidney?

Ihave had a kidney transplant 7 months ago a it is a good match, thank god, I did something really stupid last week end ,I met 2 high school buddies after 35 years and we had a weekend filled with booze, women and drugs. I did a lot of cocaine and drank alcohol, I can not explain the reason, I do not even know why, but can you please tell me if I did damage to my transplant and how can I find out, keep in mind this was the first time anfter a 25 year sober, year 1998 stopped drugs and year 2001 stopped alcohol. Please help me.

And if some thing goes wrong no one can help .. Restrict salt and proteins .. But take more amount of green leafy vegetables and hydrate yourself adequately ...
