Can Drinking Cause Pain In Liver Or Gallbladder With Fatigue, Sweats, And Mood Swings?

I have been a chronic alcoholic my entire life (am 46now)was sober 12 years but have been drinking for the past 6 years. The past 2 months I reached the point of drinking up to a half gallon of vodka or whiskey including wine, mixed drinks inbetween. Long story short, I quit drinking 6 days ago. I have the expected withdrawl of mild shaking, fatigue, sweats, and mood swings. But I am experiencing liver/gallbladder pain.. It comes and goes... Like a pain that starts and increases to a higher level and then stops. I didn't have this symptom when drinking.

After drinking for so many years, u may have fatty liver or alcoholic hepatitis. This abdominal pain may be due to underline liver pathology. get ultrasound done along with liver function test. it would help to find underline problem. U can also consult gastro-entrologist for management.
