Can Dog Bite With Diabetes Cause Low Hemoglobin Count?

Respected Doctor, my father a diabetic patient had a dob bite 2yrs. back. being himself a homoeopath, he had taken medicines on his own. for last nearly 2yrs now he is suffering from a passive blood clot in various part of his body. At first it started at his left back, then spread over totally his left arm. before the clotting the effected place gets pain after 2-3days the clots begin. doctors failed to diagnose anything and nothing could be found out. only ice compress gives a temporary heal. also his hemoglobin level comes down. this time the same thing happened severely in his left back hip to down to knee - again after a week it is at the rear part of abdomen. hemoglobin fells to 4 then doctor prescribed plasma to input, it make hemoglobin level to 10 but again within a day when the abdomen part started paining, again it comes down to 8. the patient is becoming very weak. feeling something abnormality inside the body, vomiting tendency, could not eat normally. please tell me if it has any link with the dog bite incidence. if so, how could we proceed? If necessary, please email me your valued suggestion to my email id YYYY@YYYY . Thanks a lot.

dear sir..
I don't think that the past history of dogbite is causing the haemoglobin drop.clot formation over a wide area itself can cause low haemoglobin as the blood cells are used for clot formation.we have to find out cause for clot formation which is the real culprit. Is it clot or purpuric rashes.
A bone marrow aspiration study is essential .Also look for vasculitis (Blood vessel disease)which can present like this.
A haematologist will be an ideal person to get opinion...
