Can Disseminated Abdominal Tuberculosis Be Spread By Kissing?
i am an disseminated abdominal tuberculosis patient doctors told tat it is multi drug resistance i kissed my boyfrnd after 2 months of my treatment but i kissed him befor noticing the disease if there is any possibity for him to develope TB he already had primary complex before 6 years

Thanks for your question inHCM. TB can affect almost all organs of the body. And only pulmonary tuberculosis is infectious. And it is spread by droplet infection in the form of sneezing and coughing. It is not spread by saliva (kissing). And extra pulmonary tuberculosis is paucibacillary in nature and non contagious. I want to ask you 1 question. Is your x ray normal? If normal than no need to worry. It will not spread by kissing.
