Can Discontinuation Of Mirtazapine Cause Itching On The Body?
Hi, I ve tried to slowly stop taking Mirtazapine in the past and wish to do so due to weight gain since I started taking them about 3 years ago. The problem is if I don t take it I get an unbearable itch all over my body in different places at different times. I haven t heard that this is a common withdrawal symptom. When I take it the following day the itching subsides. Any advice as to why this could be? Am I going to be stuck on this medication for life? Gray

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the itching symptoms so this may not be due to medicine withdrawal but it could be due to hypersensitivity, it may be because of emotional stress, I would suggest Tab Loratadine 10 mg three times in day and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
