Hello Doc! I am B Positive and my wife is B negative and she is in her 23rd week of pregnancy, i have heard for sources that having different blood group can create problem for baby, and after pregnancy she need to take injection? Please guide me with your precious opine

I admire you for positive outlook.

No need to worry.

She needs injection. We usually give anti RH D at the week 28th week of pregnancy.

2nd dose at the time of delivery.
With this injection there will be no complication in future baby.

So consult your gynecologist.
