Can Diabetes With Damaged Lungs And Kidney Cured With Diet And Exercises?

I want to stop taking pills for diabetes type 2. I used to take many pills, but now I only have diamicron 120 mg. a day and glucophage 2000 mg a day. Recent blood tests show damaged liver lungs and kidney. I am also suffering from the side effects. What is the best? I do exercise and strickly on diet.

Strict diet control and exercise is key to treat diabetes. Yoga and meditation helps increasing insulin secretion and reduces stress maintain ing blood glucose level. Also fruits like jamun and pear are helpful.Daily 30 minutes of brisk walking helps.
