read your prob, diabetes can not cure by exercise, you have to take insulin or hypoglycemic drug. first you have to rule out type of diabetes n start proper treatment as per advise. work out only help you a little bit.

Thanks for query,
Diabetes can not be cured with any thing.there is no medicines in alopathy,ayurvedic or homeopathy which cure diabetes.
Due to exercise diabetes may remain in control but does not cure.
Ofcourse it plays very important role in controlling.
