Can diabetes be cured after long time ?

IAM A PATIENT FOR DIABETES FOR 8 YEARS NOW AND IAM 45 YEARS MALE, MY BOTH SUGAR LEVEL ARE AROUND 200/MG ALWAYS. IAM A VEGITARIAN. , DURING MY INITIAL DAYS OF DIABETES I HAD THE SYMPTOMS OF WEIGHT LOSS , CONSTIPATION , TIREDNESS , EAGERNESS TOWARDS SWEETS, ETC. BUT NOW I DONT HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS. WHAT KIND OF SYMPTOMS I FEEL ONCE IAM ADVANCING TO MY DISEASE. ALTHOUGH I EAT A BALANCED FOOD, IS IAM LACK WITH SOMETHING AS BEING A VEGITARIAN?, OTHER WISE IAM FEELING HEALTHIER THAN EARLIEER

can supplement with B12 tablets or injections

Hello,

symptoms : main symptom is "NO SYMPTOMS"
this is slowly advancing disease which will progressively damage ur eyes, feet and kidneys.

diet : looking at your sugar levels; seems like you need to make changes in diet.
get back to me for details. as diet is a baseline which will reflect as your BSL.
