Your specific question about the deviated septum causing symptoms of difficulty in proper pronouncing of some words with n and m which continued during
pregnancy and even when not pregnant now indicates that you have symptomatic deviation.

If the medical treatment fails you may need a corrective surgery.
If needed a proper
endoscopic surgery to correct the deviation will help to get you breast possible breathing and open nasal airway.
