Can Dettol Be Used To Clean The Penis Post Circumcision?

Hi, I just got my surgery done to remove extra bulge out skin over the Pennis. Today my doctor is going to Remove the dressing forever as he cut my stiches last week. Can I use dettol on my pennis to clean it up as to get rid off the sticky left over bandage ?

I understand your concern.
You can use dettol to cleanse the wound over the penis following circumcision.
Since dettol is a strong liquid antiseptic, you may also use milder form of antiseptic like Savlon.
