Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like lack of appetite, poor interest in day to day routine, lack of mood to work etc can point towards depression but this needs proper evaluation. In a lot of individuals depression presents with somatic symptoms. As this is causing problems at work so you should consider consulting a psychiatrist. You have mentioned that medicines including homeopathic failed to work. Some times when conventional antidepressants like SSRIs fails to work and in such situation augmentation of drugs is done by medicines like Lamotrigine, Lithium or Bupropion etc. Visit a psychiatrist for help and prescription of these drugs.

Try relaxation exercises and yoga to keep yourself relaxed and this will also help you to beat depression.

Thanks, hope this helps you
