Can Delayed Periods With Nausea And Vomiting Mean Pregnancy?

LMP- 8/13
My period was due 9/8
my cycles are only 24-25 days and i am never late.

I was late getting my "period" I got it 9/14 and it was normal and then it was gone 9/15 and i spotted ON 9/16 and 9/17 its gone. I took a HPT 9/18 but it was negative. Im nauseous and throwing up and tired and have semi sore breasts.
the last three times i had sex were 8/28 and 9/4 and 9/5.

I did have a blood test done 9/16, i got the results 9/17 and she said it was negative. Could it have been wrong? Could it have been done to early?

And 9/18 I had blood streaked mucus...it only happened once that i noticed, but i cant figure out what thats from.

At this very moment i feel like i should be bleeding or should be but nothing is there and i am having barley noticeable cramping. I also did have sex 9/19 but i dont think that would make a difference.

Well, the early pregnancy symptoms can be confusing. To avoid false negative results, its advisable that you get a urinary pregnancy test done after 7-10 days of your missed period. Still confirmatory would be getting a blood test done. In case, if both are negative, then I would like to rule out PCOD (PolyCystic Ovary Disease) or for that matter a simple ovarian cyst.
For my patient, i would have advised USG (ultrasonography) and then would have decided the further course of management.
Hope this answers your query. Any other clarification, please feel free to ask.
Take care and do not stress out, just relax !
