Can Delayed Periods, Spotting, Sore Breast Be The Early Signs Of Pregnanacy

Hello,
I am 3 days late, as of today i have pink/red spotting only when I wipe which has never been a period sign or symptom for me I have always been a heavy heavy flow. My boobs have been sore for a week or so now, but mostly the sides and top which also feels different than they usually do. I had some sharp stabbing pain in my lower back on the left side for a minute or two in one small spot. The tests I have taken all say negative so far. What do you think? I had sex with my husband the few days leading up to ovulation, day of, and day after so I am hoping we hit the spot!
