Can Delayed Periods Indicated Beginning Of Menopause In A 42 Year Old Female?

I am 42 years old, boyfriend had a vasectomy 2 years ago in which I did become pregnant after he had his 3 negative sperm counts. Now, I am 17 days late, took 6 pregnancy test which all have been negative. I have a slight pink when wiping. Could this be peri menopause?

Hello, from the history you have given, yes perimenopausal stage does present with delayed and irregular periods.But always it is better to rule out pregnancy first. Also sometimes stress alters the menustrual cycle. Hope i was helpful to you.
