Can Delay In Periods Cause Pain In Lower Stomach And Vagina?

for the pass 2 weeks i have been getting pain in my lower stomach, my back and it leads down to my Virginia at time it feels like something is pushing its ways out. The pain gets uncontrollable for about 3 minutes then it pains slightly. its been a month and my period did not come, but my menstrual cycle is unlaced

Actually this need more information including your age and previous menstrual period's and other associated symptoms like fever,nausea ,urinary disturbance etc.
Possibilities are anomalies of gentital tract,UTI, dysmenorrhea, gynecologic infection etc.
Kindly see your doctor for evaluation.
