Can Delay In Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

I am over 3 months late for my period. My last period was January 16, 2014. It is April 28. i have slightly irregular periods but they have been coming on the 16th lately. i have been up t 2 months late before but never this late and i had unprotected sex with my at the time bf in January and no withdrawal either. I have bad headaches lately more frequently, weird feeling in my stomach and i am a big girl but my abdomen feels firm and my stomach, real irritable, bad mood swings and real emotional. Cravings and weird feelings in my stomach. I took a hpt it came out negative. It was a cheap $1 one and i m not sure if i put enough urine on it or if the test was sensitive enough. Could i be pregnant?

although the hpt kits are very useful but like you said being cheaper and not knowing about the quality, kick backs can be there anyways more specifically you should have a blood beta hcg test and an ultrasound done for correct diagnosis
