Can Concussion Cause Hematomas In Brain?

I am anxious Nellie here ...I fell down the stairs last Monday ...went to the doctor...said I had a concussion , I have pain in the neck and spine...light sensitivity ...hunger like pains in my intestine intermittently ..not getting any better.
my mind is taking over and worred about hematomas in brain etc ..

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. If this happened Monday, there are no hematomas in your brain. You should have a cervical column check up with plain radio graphs instead. If there is nothing wrong in plain radio graphs of your cervical column, then diagnosis is whiplash and rest together with simple analgesics should help,Hope this answers your question.
