Can Collagen Injection Be Given To Alleviate Back Pain?

I have had a lifetime of back trouble. Both my father and I suffer from unstable 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae. I am currently in Colombia (I maintain an apartment here and in California) and there are holistic-related doctors who, I am told, inject collagen close to the spine in order to alleviate degenerative collagen condition. Is there any value in this treatment? How safe is it?

Collagen is the main constituent of the muscles and tendons that connect all your bones and help in movements. When there has been more destruction than the speed of repair or over stress on the specific muscles they start to pain. Yoga and physiotherapist guided exercise start from very mild to moderate would definitely help. Hot water fermentation through a hot water bag for back is very helpful is used for main sitting or lying hours. Collagen may be given from outside by orthopedics if the rate of repair is slow than the rate of destruction of muscle tissues. It is helpful.
