Can Coiled Fallopian Tubes Be Affect To Conceive Naturally?

Sir , I have performed The HSG which inferred that my fallopian tubes are OK but sumhow my Gunaic is suggesting that the Fallopian tubes are coiled and hence to confirm he is moving towards a Laproscopy...Shall i be able to conceive naturally / or this surgery is needed? He has Prescribed me Letrovial for 3 cycle to monitor

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion if your age is less than 30 and your ccycles are regular you can try for natural pregnancy.Otherwise laparoscopy might be essential to know the cause for infertility like tubal block or any other.Dont worry.Avoid anxiety and stress regarding the thought of pregnancy as it might delay fertility further.So relax.
