Can Chest Marking Ptb On Right Upper Lobe With Undetermined Activity Be Contagious?

? Please my boyfriend had already done his chest pa...and found there is marking ptb on right upper lobe with undetermined activity...he had also undergo sputum test and its negative..im his girlfriend and I am worried that I can acquired the disease coz were living together..

In the absence of tubercular symptoms like fever, weight loss and sputum positivity, right upper lobe markings are not active and subsequently has no chance of infection to you even after living together for sure. Your boy friend should be evaluated again by sputum test if symptoms arise. Therefore you need not worry at all.
