Highly unlikely because now a day cataract surgery are done by phacoemulsion with no vascular approach.as lens it self is a avascular structure.minimal access aproach is taken. Clot in brain could be due to hypercoagulable state of blood or uncontrolled blood pressure.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it was the infection the caused the internal bleeding then it could cause the cerebral manifestation but it can not be sure to rule out this it may need some investigations hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
